Merit 奖学金 are available for qualifying new freshmen who are admitted to a degree-seeking program.
- First-year students may have up to 24 accepted college credit hours from another institution.
- Students who have earned more than 24 college credits in high school will still be considered for these awards.
- 国际学生 and students with previous baccalaureate degrees are NOT eligible.
奖学金 Awarded at Time of Admission
Students will automatically be awarded the following 奖学金 based on the information provided on their 高中成绩单. Students do not need to complete a separate application.

A student's eligibility will automatically be reconsidered if their qualifying criteria improves after admission. To be automatically reconsidered, please send official updated document(s) to CMU. 更新d transcripts must be sent directly to CMU from the student's high school in order to be considered official.

The Merit 奖学金 are renewable if the student continues to meet the minimum requirements:
- Successfully complete a minimum of 12 credit hours each fall and spring semester (not available during the summer session)
- Maintain a minimum cumulative pp电子极速糖果 GPA based on the scholarship awarded. The renewal minimum GPA is different from the initial award requirements. Specific renewal criteria can be viewed in the 金融援助 Terms and Conditions.
- Available until the you earn a bachelor's degree or reach a maximum of 120 attempted credit hours.

Students will automatically be awarded the following 奖学金 based on the highest cumulative high school GPA (weighted or un-weighted) provided on their 高中成绩单. Students do not need to complete a separate application.

The 杰出学者奖 is pp电子极速糖果's most prestigious scholarship. This award is only available for Colorado Residents and an additional application is required.
